MANUFACTURING/R&D Our facility is a purpose-built plant, located within easy reach of Los Angeles and San Diego, California.  We operate around the clock to facilitate quick turnaround of orders.  Our hose and tubing is manufactured on equipment designed and built by Smooth-Bor Plastics.  This enables us to quickly adapt our equipment to produce new or special items.  We can fabricate tooling to manufacture tubing in any inside diameter from 10mm up to 4", drawing from a large inventory of resins.  We maintain an ongoing research and development program, with new designs and materials under continuous investigation.  We specialize in working with the customer to develop products to suit specific applications. QUALITY Quality products have always been our first concern.  As a result, all our equipment has been designed to ensure close tolerances, and to incorporate inspections designed into the manufacturing process.  Every machine operator has been trained as an inspector, and they continually monitor production.  We fabricate our own tooling, fixtures, jigs, and gages to accommodate any necessary inspections.
